<p>สร้างหน้าใหม่: นายกรัฐมนตรีคนที่ 11 ของไทยที่ได้อำนาจมาโดยการใช้กำลังท...</p> <p><b>หน้าใหม่</b></p><div>นายกรัฐมนตรีคนที่ 11 ของไทยที่ได้อำนาจมาโดยการใช้กำลังทหารยึดอำนาจล้มรัฐธรรมนูญ และ ปกครองประเทศโดยอาศัยคำสั่งคณะปฏิวัติเป็นกฎหมายบ้าง และประกาศใช้ธรรมนูญการปกครองแผ่นดินเป็นกติกา การปกครอง โดยมีมาตรา 17 ที่ให้อำนาจนายกรัฐมนตรีสั่งการตัดสินพิพากษาโทษได้โดยไม่ต้องผ่านกระบวนการทางศาล<br /> <br /> จอมพล สฤษดิ์ ธนะรัชต์ เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2502 ต่อเนื่องมาจนป่วยและเสียชีวิตขณะดำรงตำแหน่งในวันที่ 8 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2506 นับเป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีที่มีอำนาจมากเพราะนอกจากเป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีแล้ว ยังเป็นผู้บัญชาการทหารบก ผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุด อธิบดีกรมตำรวจ และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการพัฒนาประเทศไทย มีการวางแผนเศรษฐกิจและประกาศใช้อย่างเป็นทางการแผนแรกในสมัยที่จอมพล สฤษดิ์ ธนะรัชต์ เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรี เมื่อมีชีวิตอยู่ได้เป็นผู้ที่ใช้มาตรา 17 ลงโทษประหารชีวิตผู้ที่ถูกกล่าวหาว่าค้าเฮโรอีน วางเพลิง และกระทำการคอมมิวนิสต์ ครั้นเมื่อท่านเสียชีวิต นายกรัฐมนตรีที่เป็นหัวหน้ารัฐบาลต่อมาก็ได้ใช้มาตรา 17 ของธรรมนูญการปกครองแผ่นดินยึดทรัพย์ของตัวท่านให้ตกเป็นของแผ่นดินด้วย<br /> <br /> รศ.นรนิติ เศรษฐบุตร</div>
